The Lehrkind Mansion Bed & Breakfast is an intimate property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. "You'll wish you had stayed longer"! One of the most common guest comments that we receive is "We didn't know Bozeman was going to be so AWESOME! We wish we had planned for more than one night in Bozeman."

We place full deposit on reservations at the time the reservation is made.

Special COVID-19 CANCELLATION POLICY (SUPERSEDES STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY below until further notice)

Due to the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, we are altering our standard cancellation policy. For Reservations made on or after November 1, 2020 for any future date, if you find yourself having to cancel within the standard 14 day cancellation period, we will issue a voucher or credit for the amount of your purchase to be applied toward a future stay with us. You would not be charged a change of date fee in this circumstance. That way you will be able to take advantage of your full deposit for a future stay at the Lehrkind Mansion.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY (see Special COVID-19)

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and we will only retain a $25 processing fee or 10% of your deposit, whichever amount is greater.

In the event that you must cancel with less than (14) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your accommodation/s, a partial refund will be made for the portion of your commitment that we are able to re-rent, except for the processing fee of $25 or 10% of your deposit, whichever amount is greater.

If you must cancel, please make certain that we have received your communication and have issued a cancellation number via voice or e-mail. We encourage you to contact us by phone to make sure we have been notified of your change in plans and that we have issued a cancellation in writing. Please do not depend on our having received your intentions of cancellation through an e-mail notification alone unless we have acknowledged your need to cancel in writing. E-mails sometimes land in the spam e-mail box without our being aware of their presence. It benefits us all to make certain communications have been acknowledged.

Trip Insurance is encouraged to cover against any unforeseen changes to your itinerary.

Please note that all of our accommodations have one queen size bed as the standard furnishing. For parties needing an additional bed set up in the room (some of the room floor plans will not accommodate such), there is an additional one time set-up fee of $25.00 per set up - regardless of the length of consecutive stay nights. The reservation system does not allow for this fee to be added automatically. Such will be added manually when the request is received. All room/suite rates are based on single or double occupancy. You will have access to tea service at any hour. Full breakfast of delicious homemade muffins or toast, eggs or egg dish, fruit, coffee and tea and juice are included. There are several close eateries, three of which are located only one block away ie. The Wild Crumb Bakery, Treeline Coffee Roasters, and Fink's Delicatessen, for those who desire a later breakfast on your own at your leisure (Not included in our rates). For parties consisting of more than two persons in a room/suite, there is an additional fee of $20.00/person/night above double occupancy, which includes our homemade breakfast for each additional person.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high demand periods.
